What is real time?
Real time means that transactions and balances are updated immediately after the transactions occur at the teller window or electronically. For example, if you make a deposit at a teller window, you will see the transaction and updated balance immediately from the Nara Bank¡¯s Internet Banking service.

Why do I see all of my accounts? Can I block the accounts I don't want to see?
Nara Bank puts all accounts in your household into a basket called portfolio. If you sign up one account in your portfolio, you will see all accounts in your portfolio. If you want to block one or more accounts from being accessed from Internet, please call New Accounts at your branch to make a request.

I don't see my other accounts. How can I add my other accounts to Internet Banking?
If you want to see other accounts you own at the bank, please call New Accounts at your branch to add the other accounts to your portfolio. You will be able to see all of your accounts in your portfolio by logging in only once. However, if your business account is a partnership or a corporation, you will not be able to inquire the account with your personal accounts; you will have log in with a different user ID to access such business accounts.

The balance I see is different than my statement balance. Why?
The balance is updated real time and reflects hold amount. You may have transactions today and/or hold against your deposit.

I forgot my password. How do I get a new password?
Call New Accounts at your branch.

How do I cancel a scheduled Bill Payment?
You cannot delete a Bill Payment. You need to call New Accounts to delete it for you.

What is the deadline for Bill Payment and Fund Transfer?
Bill payment and fund transfer received after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day. No bill payment will be processed on holidays and weekends.

My bill payment was not received by the payee. How do I trace it?
Call New Accounts at your branch to trace the payment.

I have inputted wrong account number for the payee. How do I correct it?
Most of the time, your payment will be rejected by the payee and returned to the bank. You can re-pay the bill by sending the bill payment again.

How many days does it take for the payment to arrive at payee's address?
Bill payment could take up to 7 days.
